Academic Papers are More Polished Written From Neutral Point of View
Personal essays often require a student to write from the first-person point of view, but a lot of times a third-person point of view adds credence to a paper. I have some experience because I write my papers regularly.
Are personal essays easy to write because they are told from one's personal experiences, and the writer can refer to himself as "I" and "me"? Possibly. The writer is sometimes more relaxed writing this type of essay, but often this type of essay doesn't seem as authoritative or credible as a paper written from the third person point of view. Here are some reasons why students may want to focus on writing papers in the third person.
Writing in Third Person Makes an Essay Seem Less Subjective
When a student writes in the first person (or even second person), the essay will seem less objective than an essay written in the third person. The following passage, for example, seems highly subjective:
When we think of older poetry, we think of Shakespearean sonnets (well known for their strict adherence to iambic pentameter and rigorous rhyme scheme) or other rigid forms written by poets such as Wordsworth, Pope, Poe, and others. But contemporary poetry, I’ve found, is more than just the liberating form of free verse.
To be rewritten in a more neutral, objective manner, the writer can change the point of view to the third person:
Older poetry usually makes people think of Shakespearean sonnets (well known for their strict adherence to iambic pentameter and rigorous rhyme scheme) or other rigid forms written by poets such as Wordsworth, Pope, Poe, and others. But contemporary poetry is more than just the liberating form of free verse.
Not much is required to change the passage to the third person and make it more objective.
Third Person Perspective Usually Seems More Authoritative
The first-person point of view often makes any sort of writing seem more authoritative and credible. Professional writers, who help students with requests to "write my essay paper", convinced that the first-person point of view feels less personal. This passage, for example, feels highly personal, too personal for an academic essay:
It is for these reasons that sometimes we cannot trust others we have met on the internet. Some people deliberately alter their identities online. In these situations, we do not receive cues from what a person looks like or what his body language is telling us - we trust that he is telling the truth. We are sometimes mistaken.
The passage seems intimate but not necessarily appropriate for an academic essay. Pulling back to the third person point of view makes the passage seem more credible and authoritative, even if it's not personal:
It is for these reasons that sometimes internet users cannot trust others they have met online. Some people deliberately alter their identities on the web. In these situations, users do not receive cues from what a person looks like or what his body language tells them. They trust that he is telling the truth. They are sometimes mistaken.
The Third Person Often Seems More Professional
According to the Write My Paper for Me editors, the first or second-person perspective can sometimes seem less professional, less polished, more like a blog, and less like an academic essay. This passage, for example, hardly seems like something from an essay:
Why do you love twist endings so much? For the same reason you love to ride a rollercoaster - you like to be surprised, scared, and shocked. “Normal” endings are satisfying, but you often enjoy a good twist ending because it’s unpredictable.
With a few simple changes, however, the passage can seem polished and professional:

Writing in Third Person Can Make an Academic Essay Better
While some essays are okay if they are written in the first person, most academic essays are better when written in the third person. Third-person perspective can make one's writing seem less subjective, more authoritative, and more professional. An essay that imbues these elements is likely to get a better grade than one that does not.
